Mrs. Jessie Mildred Sawyers, age 88, of Goodlettsville, passed away Tuesday, October 20, 2009. Mrs. Sawyers was the daughter of the late Frank and Ethel Brown Flatt. She was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Sawyers, and by her brothers, Roscoe, Andy and Pete Flatt. Survided by son and daughter in law, Jimmy F. and Debbie Sawyers, Sr.; grandson, Jimmy F. Sawyers, Jr.; and great grandchildren, Caitlin and Ryan Sawyers. Funeral services will held the morning of Friday, October the 23rd at 10 o’clock in Dignity Hall at Woodlawn Roesch-Patton Funeral Home with burial to follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park. Mrs. Sawyers was a longtime employee of Werthan Industries and a member of Northside Church of Christ.
